We create a 3D CAD model for your approval.
Once approved, our jewellers begin crafting your piece.
Your finished jewellery is delivered securely and fully insured.

Custom designs typically take:

• 3–7 days for design & CAD work
• 2–4 weeks for production

Yes. We help you find the best stone for your preferences and budget, including lab-grown and natural diamonds. We compare stones from suppliers worldwide to ensure you receive the best value.

Yes. We offer both GIA/IGI-certified natural and lab-grown diamonds.
Lab-grown diamonds offer excellent value and are eco-friendly, while natural diamonds are traditional and rare. We can guide you through both.

All our diamonds above 0.30ct come with certificates from leading gemological labs such as GIA, IGI, or GCAL, ensuring full transparency and authenticity.

We offer:

• Sterling Silver (for some pieces)

No problem! We can guide you with a printable ring sizer or sizing chart.
If the ring arrives and is not perfect, we offer one complimentary resizing (up to 2 sizes up/down) within 30 days.

Yes. One free resize within 30 days of purchase (up to 2 sizes up/down).
Beyond this, additional charges apply.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, especially for custom-made items.
However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or a defect, we will:

Design changes after CAD approval may incur extra charges or extend production time.
Once production starts, major changes may not be possible.
