Returns & Repairs Policy

  At Diamonds for Everyone, every jewellery piece is crafted with care. Because each order is custom-made or individually sourced,  we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, we always stand behind the quality of our jewellery.

     ✔ Returns for Faults or Issues

         If your item arrives with any manufacturing defect, or you experience any issue within 30 days of delivery, we will:

      ●       Inspect the item

      ●       Repair it, or
 ●       Replace it, or
 ●       Offer a return and refund (only if the issue cannot be fixed)
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

✔ Resizing Policy

           We offer:

          ●       Free resizing for up to 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down
     ●       If you require resizing beyond this range, additional charges may apply due to metal adjustments and structural changes.

✔ Change-of-Mind Policy

           We do not offer returns or refunds for:

          ●       Change of mind
     ●       Wrong design selection

          ●       Customer-ordered incorrect specifications

     This is because every piece is made to order or tailored to your selected diamond and design.

Return Shipping

If a defect is confirmed, we cover insured return shipping.
If the ring requires resizing due to wrong size provided, the customer may be responsible for postage.
