I was looking to surprise my wife for our 10-year anniversary and wanted to get her a special piece.

Nothing but smooth sailing

Based in Sydney, having worked in the Finance industry for close to 2 decades. I took the leap, and decided start my own firm. Having both onshore/offshore team members - I spent MONTHS trialing and looking for a VOIP Partner. Went through all the 'classics' and even tried some new players. After going through countless hours and resources (not to mention having to float a lot of the calls myself - my teams job), I found VoIPline by pure fortune.

From the moment I spoke with Liam and his team, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Coming from a non-IT back ground. At first, it's tricky to get around though they were always on call/email to support any questions. Once we got the hang of it, it's been a game changer.

My team members have had absolutely no issues running their calls or any limitations. Without a doubt, these guys will take over the VOIP industry.

I run a small business and was in need of some urgent tech supplies as the Australian Heat killed one of our old routers. From the start - going through the website (which was clean/crisp and easy to navigate) to speaking with an agent who (still don't know his name) - was VERY helpful, was able to make a quick decision to find the right equipment. The delivery was smooth and seamless and along with the competitive pricing, I am beyond grateful to the agent who assisted me, answered all my questions (IT is not my main thing) and was able to confidently recommend what we have now - which is working 110% (actually better than before).

Will be using BITSmart in the future again. Highly Recommend!

Great experience with DFE; it was my first online purchase from them. I found out they are based in the local CBD, but I haven't visited their store. I know there's a scam risk, but since their ABN details were accurate, I decided to try. The process took about 30-35 days. I had three diamond options, but DFE didn't recommend my first choice as it wasn't 'eye clean,' so I selected another. They sent illustrations and confirmed my choice. In total, from 26/06/23 to 24/07/23, I received my ring at my door.
- Diamond tester passed (just a pen check at home).

Wonderful experience designing my ring

Had a wonderful experience with DFE, from the first phone call with Krupa explaining what I’d like and making changes to a ring design that they had to make it my own, eg:changing centre stone from oval to elongated cushion with a 2.4mm band, from choosing the diamond I wanted via video and seeing the IGI certificates for the 4C’s.
Seeing the CAD design and finally seeing the video of my ring prior to shipping.
The process was really easy and the communication excellent throughout my experience, Neel was more than happy to make any changes, nothing was a problem for them.
I look forward to working with DFE in the near future to design a band to go with my ring.
