What is the cost of a custom made engagement ring?
The cost of a custom-made engagement ring will vary, depending on a range of factors including the type and size of stone, metal selection and style of engagement ring. The best part of the custom made experience is that you can tailor make an engagement ring to suit your style and budget.
How do I choose a design for a custom engagement ring?
The design of your own engagement ring is, of course, completely up to you – some people find it helpful to look online for inspiration or some people know what their partner wants just by keeping a keen ear out for any suggestions from them or someone close to them (like a best friend or mother).
Our experienced creative consultants are on hand to help – Our team can break down the process into smaller decisions for you, so each choice becomes a simple one.
What information do I need to provide for a custom engagement ring?
We don’t need much to get started on your dream engagement ring design.
A ring size is a good start. If this isn't possbile we do offer free ring resizing if you happen to measure incorrectly. See our ring sizing chart here. It’s also good to have a budget in mind. Finally, some loose ideas on the style of custom engagement ring you would like – while we can help with design ideas, it’s great if you know what metal type is preferred, stone shape for example.
How long does it take to design your own engagement ring?
From your first design consultation to 3D renders for your approval is generally a 4 week turn around. From here your 3D render will be made into a waxed model and casting of your ring, your chosen diamond or gemstone will be delivered to our jewellery atelier and hand set into your custom engagement ring. This process takes between 8-12 weeks depending on the time of year.
